Relax & chill in our brand new caravan fully equipped for 6 people. Ramp, no steps. We've tried to add extra little touches. There's 2 bedrooms - 1 with a king size bed & en suite, the other 2 single beds. There's a walk in shower in the main bathroom. The kitchen has a microwave, fridge/freezer, oven & hob. There's a dining table with plenty of room for 6. The lounge has a 'U' shaped sofa and lots of space to relax, a smart TV and fire. The site has a river to swim or fish in, a pub & a cafe.

Nestled in 30 wooden acres of a secluded nature reserve, your lodge is the perfect hideaway. The open-plan sitting room flows comfortably through the dining area to the kitchen. A cast iron gas stove adds to the ambiance on those chilly evenings. Alternatively, throw open the French doors to make the most of the beautiful setting and enjoy al fresco dining on the verandah, overlooking the lake—a king-size bed, with an ensuite bathroom/WC, and a large bath and shower overhead. The Lake View Lodge is located on the new Meadows development. It is pet friendly and has a country theme inside. We have a log burner, two en-suites and an open planned kitchen/living space. York is only 30 minutes away by car with its vast array of shops bars and restaurants. Fishing is payable daily depending on lake availability please ask in advance should you wish to fish. The Lake House

The detached Lake House is set in 11 acres. Ravensworth is an enchanting village with many of the houses dating from the 17th century. The village is defined by its green, and ancient ruined castle, only a few miles from the pretty towns of Richmond and Barnard Castle . A village pub and two wonderful farm shop cafes within walking distance. The Lake House has uninterrupted views of the lake and surrounding woodland. The Lake House can also be booked together with Willow Cottage.

Blue Door Cottage at the award winning The Bay Holiday Village, Filey Recently decorated 2 Bedroom cottage Free Wifi Dog friendly (2 max). Suitable to sleep 4 in two bedrooms - would also fit travel cot in master bedroom (not provided). All year round dog friendly beach just a short walk away.
