Driving by car you will reach the city center and in 15 min the crystal clear waters of the beaches Alcúdia or Pollença. Swimmingpool dimension are: 13 m long x 6 meters wide. Max capacity 8 adults + 2 kids (under 2 years old)

The house is located in the old town of Sa Pobla , is next to the church, 2 minutes from the main square where there are very good restaurants. It is a 17th century house, which we have renovated respecting its original architecture but adapting it to modern comforts. It has air conditioning throughout the house, a fabulous swimming pool, a very traditional kitchen but at the same time with all its modern equipment, a large barbecue with an outdoor kitchen and a wood-burning oven.

There is an open planned kitchen with white units, and appliances including a fridge-freezer, a microwave, electric oven, dishwasher, electric hob with two rings and self catering kitchen utensils.
