The house was built 2010 with first quality materials. Vertent Nou is situated about 45 minutes from Palma. Our comfortable holiday villa is situated in the country side, close to a farm, where you will enjoy your holidays in a very calm and quiet zone. House is between Pollença and Alcudia, two of the most beautiful towns in Mallorca. Just a fw minutes from the beaches of pto Pollença, Alcudia, Manresa, Playa de muro. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, for example, induction hob.

The villa is built on a private plot of about 23,000 m², with a built house of 165 m² of interior, plus the exterior with pool and terraces in total about 4000 m2. The house has three double bedrooms, the main bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a very interesting modern decoration as you can see in the photos, the second bedroom is double with single beds and the third bedroom with a double bed. All the bedrooms have views of the natural landscape of Mallorca.
