Die kleine(ca. 30qm) und gemütliche 2 1/2-Zimmer Wohnung liegt auf der Sonnenseite etwas oberhalb von Küblis beim Weiler Tälfsch. Die Wohnung liegt auf einem Bauernhof idyllisch gelegen. Auch möglich gegen Aufpreis ein Kinderbett, Hochstuhl etc. fast alles vorhanden! (Preis auf Anfrage). Im Winter gibt es die Möglichkeit im nahegelegenen Klosters/Davos, Fideris (Heuberge) oder Grüsch (Danusa) Ski zu laufen oder Schlitten zu fahren. Im Sommer gibt es sehr viele schöne Wanderwege und Bergseen.

Our cozy apartment with fireplace has a fantastic view on the glacier and is in a quite corner of Klosters. The Gotschna Gondola is 7 walking minutes away, as are all the restaurants and shops. The 100m2 are set up to give a spacious feeling the the high ceiling (see the charming beams?) and the combined living and dining room. The 3 bedrooms allow even bigger families or you may want to take friends along. read details carefully: its on the 3rd floor & one bedroom is small (great for kids)

A beautiful old countryside home, lovely furnished in a paradise-like setting. The house is perfect for people who are looking to get a break from the big, loud world or would like to discover the beautiful Swiss mountains by foot. If you are coming by public transport you will need to hike one hour on a very beautiful hiking path (Weesen - Quinten). If you decide to come by car you will only need to hike 15min from the parking lot to the house. We highly recommend to wear good hiking shoes.

Ich unterstüze meine Eltern bei der Vermietung der Wohnung. Meistens bin ich nicht vor Ort, aber meine Eltern sind immer zu Hause und empfangen unsere Gäste persönlich. Schöne teilmöbilierte 2 Zimmerwohnung am Sonnenhang von Küblis. In sämtlichen Räumen ein neuer Plattenboden mit Bodenheizung sowie komplett neuem Bad. Die kleine Wohnung ist sehr einfach aber schön. Die Wohnung ist integriert im Einfamilienhaus an sonniger und ruhiger Lage. Grosser Parkplatz vorhanden.

Gut gelegen zum Skifahren, einige Skigebiete in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Das Schlafzimmer hat ein Boxspringbett 180/200cm für 2 Personen, für weitere 2 Personen hat es im Wohnzimmer ein Schlafsofa somit wäre es auch mit 4 Personen möglich die Loft zu buchen.

Das Bergdorf Fanas, im Kanton Graubünden, liegt auf einer Höhe von knapp 1000 m ü.M. Die Wohnung die ich an meine Feriengäste vermiete, befindet sich in einem denkmalgeschützten von Sprecher-Haus aus dem Jahre 1677. Ein Sitzplatz, im einsehbaren Innenhof direkt vor der Wohnung, in schöner Nachbarschaft von Stallgebäude und Patrizierhaus, ist Nutzniesser meiner Freude am gedeihen der blühenden Natur.

Wir stellen eine komplett eingerichtete Wohnküche sowie eine Waschküche zum trockenen der Skikleider, Schuhe ect zur Verfügung, wer will darf die Waschmaschine gerne mitbenützen. Internetfernseher und WLAN stellen wir Gratis zur Verfügung.
