Watch the sunrise from the East balcony, enjoy the sound of waves on the South terrace and fall in love with the sunset, while having dinner on the West balcony. All with No neighbours to look at, because you get the whole floor of the apartment builing! This is the most unique apartment, the only one in the Gava Mar area, which ocupies a whole floor of a building overlooking the Mediterranean sea. You will follow the sunrises from the East terrace, enjoy unforgetable moments in the sun on the South balcony and inhale the breath taking sunsets while eating dinner on the West terrace. All without any neighbours to look at. Because the whole floor is yours! Master beedroom with fantastic sea views has a queen sized bed. Two other bedrooms, both with sea views, have 2 single (90cm) beds, which can be joined together for a matrimonial King sized bed. There is a bus stop (L95) for a direct Bus to Barcelona city center, about a 3 min walk from the apartment. Please note that the table on the South balcony opens to accomodate 6 people. Gava Mar is an exclusive area just outside of the city of Barcelona. It is a very green area, in the middle of a pine forest and full of palm trees, next to the Delta de Llobreagat natural park, providing a quiet beach environment. Yet close to the city center. No hay persianas, hay cortinas opacas. Ropa de cama limpia sin plnchar. Difícil acceso desde aeropuerto de Barcelona en transporte público (bus y tren)

Todo es nuevo , practico y cómodo . este loft esta pensado para gente moderna , actual , a 5 minutos de todos los medios de transporte y a 20' en coche de Barcelona . La zona es buena y muy tranquila , con un supermercado abierto de 9 a 23h a solo 200m. No hay parquing privado pero se puede aparcar gratuitamente en la zona.

La piscina es de uso privado del Loft y casa. Situado en zona residencial muy tranquila a 800 metros de la estación de tren de Barbera con la que llegas a Barcelona en 15 minutos y a 200 metros de la parada de autobús directo a Barcelona, a centro comercial y también autobús directo a la UAB. Situado a 7' en coche de la UAB.
