Make your stay in an entire, secluded and very private studio that’s one mile from Hwy 99 just minutes away from Lodi, Galt, Elk Grove plus many popular wineries. Local inquiries are rarely accepted. What to expect: An inclusive and Private Studio for yourself with patio and BBQ. You also have access to common surroundings such as Parking, Hot Tub and large fenced backyard. Pets are welcome too for a one time $50 fee at time of booking.

The bedroom has a CalKing size bed and the sofa pulls out into a full size bed. The guesthouse has ultra fast WiFi and 50" TVs. The full kitchen has what you need to cook your own meals.
