Welcome to Hammond House. Large comfortable and private living space isolated from the rest of the house. Private bedroom, private full bathroom, and a very large private living room with a queen sized sofa bed. Includes access to large solar heated pool, patios, gardens, and koi pond. Upscale restaurants in Milagro Center just 1 mile away. Walking distance to Ansel-Hoffman Golf Course, Effie Yeaw Nature Center and American River nature trails. This spacious, self-contained one bedroom abode is nestled within two acres of verdant retreat. The open kitchen, living, and dining area invite you to indulge in cherished moments while a cozy sofa bed and queen air mattress stand ready to accommodate additional guests. The expansive patio is adorned with extra seating and a BBQ The pool awaits beneath the warm California sun. Simply notify the owners, and the pool is yours to enjoy. Self-check-in and ample parking space is available.

The Cabana

Welcome to the Cabana - a unique and stylish studio apartment in the heart of the South Land Park Hills. Centrally located, you’re a short drive to downtown, shopping, businesses and parks. Walk 15 minutes to Land Park and the Sacramento Zoo! Enjoy your stay in comfort with a king-sized bed, new TV for streaming, beautifully appointed bathroom and kitchen. A private entrance/parking will make your stay comfortable and effortless. We welcome your well-behaved furry friends ($10 fee).

Centrally located near UC Davis Med Center, McGeorge School of Law, & Oak Park's blossoming Triangle District, this space is your ideal home base for your upcoming visit.

Cozy Cottage

Note: I've blocked some dates that can be made available, just message me. Welcome to our Cozy Studio Cottage! The cottage is located next to our property. You'll have the cottage all to yourself! We are at the end of a long cul-de-sac in an established neighborhood. Restaurants, shopping and concert halls are nearby. Feel free to book instantly. Four people are welcome but it's not really big so ask if you have questions. We look forward to your stay or return!!

The Pallet Studio in East Sacramento

The Pallet Studio in East Sac is a quiet and cozy 1 Bedroom/Studio in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Sacramento. This fully furnished, custom-crafted studio has a unique and eclectic style. Re-purposed pallets are used throughout the studio, from accent walls to homemade art work. There is a kitchenette with a microwave, mini-fridge, toaster and hotplate, and general kitchen supplies. Air conditioning is cold, heater is hot!
