WiFi is stable and fast - perfect for WFH. Located right behind the paid parking lot of Northstar's Village, this is as close as you can get without actually staying inside The Village itself!

The space was curated specifically to feel like a relaxing sanctuary which I hope you will enjoy as much as I do. Peaceful neighborhood adjacent to downtown and midtown, this chic new space was inspired by travels to Europe and New York City.

You will love this well-equipped loft! Every detail has been chosen to bring our guests comfort and relaxation. Sutter Street is a remarkable place in Historic Folsom. You will be happy to know the loft is within walking distance of unique shops, wineries and restaurants. Not only can you walk the whole street and explore every shop, and you may also enjoy the nightlife. My property is maintained strictly animal free zone due to severe allergies.

The Feather is a peaceful space for two located on a quiet, wooded road 1.3 miles from town. Luxuriate in deep sleep on the finest, king-sized, 18” mattress. In the fall and winter you will hear the great horned owls singing through the night. Enjoy simple meals, a cozy reading nook and a hot shower. As hosts we strive to be in harmony with the land. We use only natural, scent-free cleaners, organic cotton linens and organic coffee and teas.

This spacious studio apartment is a renovated space in a historic Victorian four-plex. Experience the best that Midtown has to offer, all just a short walk away. ***ACCESSIBILITY NOTE*** Two flights of stairs lead up to the loft, one set is steep and narrow.

Northstar studio condo steps from village.

Cozy little ski studio, just steps from Northstar Village and lifts. No need to drive. Full access to gym, hot tubs, shuttle service, etc. Has kitchen, deck with BBQ, fireplace, cable, wifi and washer/dryer. Pull out ottoman and queen bed could accomodate a small family, but it would be a little "cozy." Ideal for 2-3 guests. Recently remodeled with dual lounge chairs and a Murphy bed.

The Downieville Loft

Right on Main Street , this spacious, remodeled loft occupies the top two stories of the building and has spectacular river side and mountain views. The bottom floor is home to Yuba Expeditions, host to the Downieville Classic and where mountain bikers catch the shuttle for the Downieville Downhill.
