In S. Mission Beach on Ensenada Ct a cpl blocks South of Belmont Park. We live upstairs and offer a small 1 and 2 bedrm apartments (approx 500 sq. ft each) on the ground floor to vacationers. Please note that the 2nd room is very small with twin bunkbed suitable for children or small adult (3 adults max or 2 adults/2 children max (no exceptions), top bunk 110lbs. max) We enjoy having guests from all over the world come to visit and love watching you enjoy South Mission Beach as much as we do.

I love this place. I lived here until Sept 2019. You live upstairs in the penthouse and it is airy and bright all year. There are 2 decks one on the south side and one on the north. Each is about 350 sq feet. There is seating for 16 so everyone can have their place to relax outside. there is a gas grill and large capacity washer dryer. The bay can be viewed from both decks and the living room. Not panoramic views but enjoyable. There is parking for up to large trucks on our private nearby lot

It has an open and inviting living area, kitchen and dining space, and a relaxing/private outdoor patio with a BBQ and fountain...very So Cal! Also, there is a new "white sandy beach" steps from the rental. It is not the "real" beach but very private and nice. Check out the new beach photos..super cool.
