My place is good for couples, families (with kids). 4 houses from the Sugar sand beach. Guests must agree to a few simple house rules in writing to me. This cottage is Not Pet Friendly. Just so you know that this house is an older house. Built in the 1960’s. It has survived many hurricanes. Solid block

The cottage is in the heart of St Andrews, which is considered one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Panama City. Within a short walk or bike your mor will find locally owned waterfront restaurants, fresh caught seafood, coffee shops, a bakery, ice cream shop, and local boutiques. Kayak launch is walking distance.
