Private Estate on Apalachicola Bay with a stunning private beach and pool that often overlooks dramatic sunsets. An over 3,200 SF home w/ game room that can sleep 16 guests with 2,000 SF lanai w/ an outdoor dining area and plenty of seating for conversation, entertaining, and soaking up the sun. The house has a Master Bdrm- king bed; Bdrm 2 - queen bed; Bdrm 3 - twin over twin bunk and full over full bunk; Bdrm 4 - cal. king bed, Bdrm 5 - double bed, Den - queen sleeper sofa. There is nothing like the calm of the Gulf of Mexico. Our 2 bedroom/2.5 bath townhouse is located at 300 Ocean Mile – a beach-side community located on the east end of the island. The home has a spacious split-level open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen that opens into the living and dining area. This 1400 sq.ft. town-home was recently updated with new kitchen, bathrooms, and lighting throughout. Guests have access to our entire home, plus all common areas of 2 pools, bbq area and beach.

This beautifully decorated home custom built in 2024, is centrally located and just a short drive to St. George Island. Walk across the street to your own private beach. Kids can find marine life in the tidal pools while everyone can fish, swim and walk along the sandbar. Two kayaks are provided for your enjoyment. Inside the house you will have a well equipped kitchen and comfortable living space with amazing views of the bay. Sit on the porch with a glass of wine and watch the dolphins.

3 night minimum. This spacious, over 2,100 sq/ft condo, sits on the Gulf of Mexico with a 500 foot fishing pier at your doorstep. There are 10 by 20 foot decks overlooking the Gulf on both levels of the condo. Have morning coffee on the deck on the main level and enjoy the stars from the deck just off the master suite at night. Condo is on the end so you can see all the way down the coast. We are just a half hour from the best beach in the US, with a good public beach even closer.

Sea Turtle Cottage is located just steps away from the sugary white sand of St. Joe Beach! This beach cottage has unobstructed ocean views and is directly across from the Public Beach access. Cool ocean breezes and spectacular sunsets help you unwind and relax. Enjoy a day at the beach or explore shopping in Port St Joe or Apalachicola. The Gulfs best fishing is directly off our shores. Great local seafood is available year round. Just 35 minutes to Panama City or Cape San Blas.

Experience old Florida in this 1950's 1 bedroom 1 bathroom bungalow located on a tropical spit along the Forgotten Coast. Unplugged sits nestled in between the Gulf of Mexico and Alligator Harbor with beach on one side and a bay-side boat ramp on the other. The house sleeps two in the main bedroom, two on a sofa bed in the living area, and has a small bunk room off the porch that can accommodate two children. Sorry, we do not accept pets.
