Our secluded, 1 bedroom 1-1/2 bath tree house cottage has amazing, panoramic views of the British Virgin Islands & the East end of St John, only 10 minutes from Coral Bay. Lounge on the private decks with beautiful views perched above Johns Folly. The gentle trade winds make the decks a perfect place to relax, day or night. On the lower level, the air-conditioned bedroom has an ensuite bath and a shower big enough for 2 - with a view! There’s also a third deck perfect for sunbathing in privacy.

You will have access to The Clubhouse bar and restaurant (open seasonally), the game room including a pool and ping pong table and big screen television, sunset terrace, and community pool. Sunset villa has a private entrance, king size bed, and large windows so you can take in the view. You will not be disappointed!

Located off the beaten path on the quiet side of STJ, it feels secluded but is only a 5 minute drive to the shops of Coral Bay. Note: road is rough and requires a 4WD and there are LOTS of stairs.
