A trip to Montreal isn't complete until you've tried one of these amazing bagels. So why not try your hand at making them yourself? I will teach you the secrets on how to make some deliciously unique and authentic Montreal style bagels at home, the easy way. We will start by learning how the ingredients used affect the Bagels and the final result. Then we will all measure our ingredients using scales. After that, I will show you how to properly mix and knead the dough which you will do on your own right after me. I have adapted the best Boulanger (Bread Maker) techniques to the home kitchen so you will become a confident baker at home in no time! After mixing the dough, we will learn how to shape the bagels, boil them, dress them up with various toppings, bake them and finally eat them fresh out of the oven! Whether it's to de-stress or just for the novelty of it, the Rage Room is an awesome activity to do. It's pretty simple, choose from a variety of glass items and electronics, suit up in our complete protective gear and break stuff. A signed waiver is required to participate in this activity. You must be 18 years or older and will be asked to provide proof if deemed required (or 16-17, with a parent). Please keep in mind, you are breaking glass items and electronics, so this experience is not for the faint-hearted. Other things to note When you arrive, you'll have to sign a waiver before starting the experience. The Rage Cage can accommodate up to 4-5 people at a time. Let me know if you would like to add people. Please note that if you wish to change the date and/or time of your booking less than 48 hours in advance, there will be a 10$ surcharge/person.

This unique experience is a 5-course tasting menu of dishes inspired by the tastes of Montreal's gastronomic immigrant cultures - a market mix of Asian, Jewish, Caribbean, Italian, Portuguese, or Middle Eastern - personally cooked by a Michelin star-trained chef in a private 1800's-era loft and kitchen. The hosting Chef is an award-winning food writer (Gourmet, Food+Wine) and Doctoral scholar (Oxford University/Press) who has worked with celebrity chefs, James Beard-Award, and Top Chef from the US to Asia-Pacific. The dining site is an apartment in a historic 1800's building in the famous Old Port. There will be an emphasis on Canadian sources of seafood, meat, ethnic inspiration, and cheesemakers. Pour commencer, les jeunes propriétaires de l’élevage Péchés Moutons vous guideront au travers de leur bergerie. Vous en apprendrez plus sur les moutons et leur reproduction pour comprendre tout ce qui entoure la gestion d’un élevage de viande ovine. Après un petit arrêt obligatoire dans les champs pour admirer les moutons au pâturage, vous aurez la chance de déguster la savoureuse viande produite avec amour par ces producteurs passionnés! On ne pourrait pas faire un Tour sur la production ovine sans parler de fromages! La Fromagerie Nouvelle-France, vainqueure du prestigieux prix Caseus Or en 2022 et 2023 pour son Zacharie Cloutier, est un incontournable pour découvrir les fromages de lait de brebis. Amoureux de fromage, tenez-vous bien! La propriétaire vous présentera son entreprise, puis vous invitera ensuite à déguster tous ses fromages! Dans la cuisine de notre boutique, vous ferez une dégustation de sirops d'érable et de divers produits de l'érable (beurre, pain de sucre et pâtisserie), provenant de notre érablière. Vous apprendrez sur l'origine du sirop d'érable, les étapes de la récolte , son marché et les différentes utilisations en cuisine.
