It offers a queen size bed, comfy lounge, built in wardrobe, small kitchenette (w/ bar fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster), bathroom, study area, air con, Wifi & a smart tv (Netflix, Disney, Stan & Prime. It has timber floors, a timber deck & outdoor seating & windows with fly screens. There is easy access down a shared driveway to come and go as you please. We have two children, a poodle cross dog, 2 cats, who you may catch a glimpse of if you’re lucky

The suite is surprisingly spacious with cooking facility's fridge and enough storage that it would appeal as medium term student accommodation. Also functions well for short stays or those on business. A pair could stay in the suite on request.

The guests who love our place the most are the ones who like the idea of staying in an old and slightly tatty flat on top of a studio and interacting with our community.
