The house is fully furnished with appliances. All utilities are included with a monthly cap on electricity. A short 3 min walk will take you to the Town Square which has several restaurants, a supermarket, a gym, sport utilities, a salon and barber shop, a medical clinic & gas station. The neighbourhood has 24/7 security patrols.
