This antique home is perfect for families or wedding parties traveling together looking to explore downtown Salem. Experience the charm of Salem's McIntire district in the home originally built for tailor Henry Derby in 1838. This 7 bedroom 4 bathroom colonial style home will give you the feel of old Salem with some modern amenities in the updated kitchen and baths. The condo has a spacious primary bedroom with a king bed, full eat in kitchen with a farmhouse table, small bathroom with a sunken claw foot shower/tub and a peaceful living room with a queen bed for additional guests. The space is ideally located right downtown... everything is walking distance and many things literally 1-5 minutes away!

We recently renovated our first floor which has a private bedroom & ensuite bathroom, spacious living room and private entrance and parking. The overall feeling is spare and peaceful with lots of natural light. We live in a fantastic neighborhood in Salem, two blocks from the Salem Common. We walk everywhere-- to the ocean, Peabody Essex Museum, Cinema Salem and many cafés, bars and restaurants. Happy to share our favorites. 5 minute walk to the Boston ferry and 10 min to the train.
