This historic, beautiful in-town home is close to everything--half mile to downtown BV for coffee, restaurants, bars and walk to Arkansas river, hiking trails, biking plus a short drive to hot springs! Home has huge kitchen, large kid-friendly yard with tree house, swings and fire pit. The main house has 3 bd/2ba. Please note, for folks with mobility issues, there are some stairs that go up to the second floor. $30 fee for one dog, $15 for each additional (up to three total). lic. number STR-150

We welcome you to stay in our guest house: A renewed log cabin on three acres at BV's western edge. This quiet, in-town location is a good base for Arkansas Valley activities. A few miles east of us is Cottonwood Pass with hot springs, hiking, snowshoeing, etc. Or, bike or walk a mile to the east for restaurants and shopping, the Arkansas River and Fourmile trail complex beyond. Note: There are many pet-friendly options nearby, but we do our best to provide an allergen-free studio for guests.
