Sangre Vista Lofts

Nestled in the Sangre de Christo valley, this charming tiny home welcomes you to embrace nature in comfort. Cozy sleeping lofts accommodate 4-6 guests, ideal for 2 couples or a family of 6, with added memory foam futon. Built in 2014 on 20-acres with a private drive, 900' of riverfront with a trail, superb privacy with great views, only 3.5-miles from downtown Salida and 18-miles from Monarch. With a big garden and chickens (fresh veggies and eggs in season!), we're frequented by visits from deer, great-horned owls, red-tailed hawks, and sometimes wild turkeys and elk!

The Tin Shed | Modern Parkside Home - 0511

Built-in 2015, it's featured in the "Small House Book" by Lloyd Kahn. It's clean and modern yet warm and cozy. One bedroom has a queen bed and the 2nd bedroom has two twin beds (AC in bedrooms). The main living space has a garage door that opens to the back patio. It's a hop, skip, and a jump from all you need, from biking and hiking trails, restaurants, shops, the playground, the amphitheater, and the river. Our short-term rental license number for the city of Salida is 0511.

Salida Pool House

Quaint adobe house located across the street from the Salida Hot Springs Pool and town park. Volley ball, Epic Skate Park and a kids splash park. Soulcraft Brewery two blocks to the east and the Casa Calaca a local Mexican Restaurant right across highway 50. This house has a lot of amenities right out your front door. Close to down town with a bike path and a dog park located two blocks to the north I have included two town cruisers to get you where you need to be!!

The loft offers a peaceful, tranquil environment to escape from the hectic activities of life.

One of kind log cabin tucked away in an evergreen forest in the rockies on a 20+ acre property surrounded by 1000s of acres of national forests (aka big backyard). Snowshoeing (2 sets provided) paradise with a private sledding hill and 1000s of acres of winter exploration. Easy highway access with complete seclusion (view pictures). 15 minutes to Buena Vista, 25 minutes to Mt. Princeton (hot springs), 35 minutes to Salida, and 50 minutes to Breckeridge.

Retreat at Roundhill - Beautiful Mountain Getaway!

Get away from it all at our cottage - Retreat at Round Hill. You will have access to miles of hiking, biking & ATV trails. We own 36 acres, including Round Hill, with amazing mountain views all around. We are backed up to National Forest and BLM land. We're located two miles south of Poncha Pass Summit. Only 15-20 minutes to downtown Salida and 30 minutes to Monarch Mountain Ski Area. We have a fire pit and propane grill outside the entryway.

Colorado Cottage

Come join us on our 5 acres of Pinon trees with the convenience of being 5 minutes from town. This cottage is unique with custom tile work, and handmade barn doors. Enjoy the gorgeous mountain views, and watch the wildlife roam the property. Your host family lives on property across the driveway and is happy to help should you need anything. We accept dogs, but cannot accept cats due to other guests allergies.
