Il dispose d'une cuisine aménagée ouverte sur un salon-salle à manger avec TV et canapé-lit, 1 chambre, 1 salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne ainsi qu'un WC indépendant. Le linge de maison et de toilette seront mis à votre disposition. La Wi-Fi est en accès libre et gratuite.

La cuisine moderne est ouverte sur la pièce de vie chaleureuse et ensoleillée. 4 chambres dont 2 masters avec sdb, 1 chambre pour 1 couple et 1 chambre pour 3 personnes.

Il est idéalement situé, à 12 minutes des pistes de Combloux, à 12 minutes de la télécabine de la Princesse (Megève), proche du centre ville et des activités sportives (lacs des îlettes et de Passy à 5 minutes).

The property is made up of two water mills whose first historical traces date back to 1728. The first mill, located in the tower, was once used to grind grain (wheat and rye). The second mill was used as a sawmill. Its wheel is still visible. You can walk around the 5000 m2 property. The place is bordered by two rivers the Morges (with a 7 meters waterfall in the forest) and the Usses. An ideal place for fishing and nature lovers.
