The Lake House is 1800 sq. ft. of complete relaxation. Dock your personal boat out back on 50 feet of the beautiful Oneida Lake South Shore and feel free to use the Paddle Board w/life jacket, the Kayaks w/ paddles or the fishing poles provided for Guest use. Prepare wonderful meals in the fully equipped kitchen or on the Gas Grill to eat outside or inside. Enjoy the evening scenery on the spacious deck or in the hot tub with friends and family awaiting the spectacular South Shore sunsets!

Escape to a cozy home on Sandy Pond. 1.5 miles from Sandy Island Beach State Park with many other nearby beaches on Lake Ontario. Nearby fishing, hiking & more. As a mom and grandma I realize traveling with a family can be a lot so I have equipped this home with activities, outdoor fun & all the amenities of home to make travel lighter. Goudy Pond offers a place to get away from it all. Located in CNY, our cabins offer an oasis from the demands of modern life. Its ranquil natural beauty provides a place to relax and recharge. Goudy Pond is a 22 acre private lake fed by natural springs and surrounded by wilderness and acres of a wetlands teaming with wildlife. Kayaks, canoes, a paddle boat are provided.Enjoy swimming, hiking, fishing. No electricity, however there are flush toilets, hot shower, propane for lights and cooking.

The house is right on the Salmon River 'Estuary Hole' (guests have EXCLUSIVE access to fish from our brand new dock in front of the property - anyone else needs a boat!). At the right time of year, there is no better spot on the river! Close to Snowmobile trails in Winter (you can ride onto S52C with enough snow) and a 5 minute walk from the beach in the Summer.

Rent a pontoon, kayak or bike at Sylvan Beach Supply Co. Rest in the spacious master king bed with a lake view. Or choose the queen, full, or two twin beds. Dining seats 10 plus 4 barstools. 2 full bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen, AC, fans, heat, Wifi, 2 Roku TVs, games, and fireplace for year round use. It's lake time!

Enjoy world class fishing in the pond, lake, and nearby Salmon River. Located on a NYS established snowmobile trail. Up to 2 dogs allowed with paid pet fee. The Groove A Frame is a cannabis friendly rental. Enjoy smoking cannabis anywhere indoor or outside, but NO INDOOR TOBACCO SMOKING!
