Nestled in the NW valley in the city of Phoenix, amongst the bustle of a sprawling metropolis there is a two-acre farm. It is a place of serenity, where time has no meaning, & nature flourishes. This is Arrandale Farms, a unique urban farm. The cottage is our original bnb on our farm since 2016. This year (2025) we have done extensive renovations to incorporate all of the great feedback we have received from guests over the years. We are excited to offer this unique experience. Easy access to freeways, less than half an hour to downtown Phoenix. Located on an acre of land, it feels like a little bit of country right inside the city. It's a mile from Freestone park, with tennis, b-ball, volleyball, batting range, playgrounds, ponds, small amusement park. My place is good for couples and business travelers. Please no parties!

Lots of trees: orange, grapefruit, key limes, lemons, pomegranate, figs, dates, grapes and there is a juicer for morning fresh juices. Safe, quiet, and has many hummingbirds and two giant (50 & 80 pound) tortoises.
