Outside there’s over 3 acres with a wrap around deck with a large pool, grill, fire-pit and a gorgeous pond. Wake up every morning and be greeted by beautiful Sam Rayburn Lake!

In 2019, the home was completely renovated and modernized in farmhouse/ industrial style. I am so glad to be able to once again welcome guests! The location speaks for itself! Just a few steps away from historic downtown San Augustine, experience this small-town and all it has to offer.
