The house is in a small village, so you’ll need to drive to the beach and nearby towns. We’re happy to recommend car rentals!

Είναι ένας ενιαίος χώρος που διαθέτει μικρή εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα - τραπεζαρία - μικρό καθιστικό - 1 διπλό κρεβάτι - Ένα μπάνιο - τηλεόραση και wifi, έχει 1 μπαλκόνι που μπορείς να απολαύσεις τον καφέ σου το πρωί ή το ποτό σου το βράδυ βλέποντας τον κεντρικό δρόμο και την παραλία του Πυθαγορείου.

Flora 的房子

The original house of Flora! A family house built in 1895, refurbished and renovated with artistic details ideal for a family of 4 or 2 couples. Three minutes by foot from Samos central square, the local market and the port. The house has two floors. The upper floor can host up to 4 people in 2 bedrooms with view at the sea! The master bedroom has its own bathroom and balcony. The first floor consists of a big living room with a lounge and a dining area, a kitchen, a working room and a WC!

The Main House is the largest of the four independent houses at Chariclea Villas Retreat, offering privacy and tranquility in a stunning natural setting. Designed for up to 6 adults and 2 children, it features a cozy living room and panoramic sea views. The spacious dining area and fully-equipped kitchen create the perfect space for memorable meals and gatherings. The property also includes the Eco, the Cave of Light and the Guest House, each with its own private entrance and parking area.

This private deluxe studio is located on the ground floor with a lovely sitting backyard surounded with flowers and fruit trees. Within few steps/seconds you are at the main square of Kokkari village, the port, beaches, restaurants, bars, souvenir shops, Pharmacy, grocery shops, backery shop, rental cars, motorbikes, scooters, ATM machines, a bus stop and free parking places. It was renovated in 2020 and is designed in a traditional - modern taste. The architecture is unique and natural.

Καλαίσθητο διαμέρισμα 45 τμ με υπέροχη θέα στον φυσικό κόλπο της πόλης της Σάμου. Η απόσταση από το κέντρο είναι 1,2 χλμ., με ιδιωτικό χώρο στάθμευσης. Βρίσκεται σε μια ήσυχη και ασφαλή γειτονιά και διαθέτει ενιαίο χώρο καθιστικό με κουζίνα, μεγάλο μπαλκόνι, ένα υπνοδωμάτιο και ένα μπάνιο.Μπορει να φιλοξενήσει έως τέσσερα άτομα καθώς διαθέτει διπλό κρεβάτι και καναπέ που γίνεται κρεβάτι. The newly build bungalow is located on top of the little hill Puntes and offers 180 degrees of oceanic view over the aegean sea, the turkish coast and the Boat Marina beneath. Just outside the bungalow is a beautiful terrace enabling you allocating your vacation outside. It offers shade for sitting outside and enjoying the terrific view. The private swimming pool ensuite causes a calm atmosphere, which will make your stay unforgettable.

Our house is a space for anyone who loves the immediate contact with the sea and the land. It is an opportunity for an alternative touristic experience, as it is literally beside the sea , with only the beach inbetween, such that the visitor feels that he has total privacy there.A vegetable garden and a well are available there, and only a 15 -minute walk will bring you to the scenic, traditional fishing village of Ormou Marathokabou.
