Petaluma’s historic downtown is only 5 blocks away from this private solar powered one bedroom apartment. You can also shop at the Petaluma Premium Outlet mall. Petaluma is centrally located to world class wineries in Sonoma and Napa Valleys and the beautiful Sonoma and Marin coasts. San Francisco is also easily accessed using the nearby freeway or public transportation.

The en suite studio is connected to the main house but has it own private bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, separate entry and outside deck. We are 3 blocks from historic Downtown district, an easy walk to the riverfront restaurants and shops. Less than a block from old downtown Petaluma with outstanding restaurants and music venues. The small cottage has many windows and is newly renovated. Beautifully decorated with a very comfortable plush yet firm queen sized bed. Guaranteed on-street parking in front of property. Dogs only.

You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. The right pets welcome, but unfortunately we can’t have dogs swimming because it affects the pool negatively— so sorry! We have a 3-year old + Aussie named Luna and she’s good with other dogs, but can be territorial at first. Please cover couch and bed & cleanup after pets —I don’t charge a pet fee so please be mindful of keeping the bungalow clean. Much appreciated.

Our studio is only a few blocks from the heart of Petaluma. The Theatre District, Petaluma Market, and a myriad of local restaurants are all a 10 to 15 minute walk from your doorstep. We have two kids of our own (3 and 4) and we've set up the space to be comfortable for families traveling. There is ample space for everyone to spread out with a queen bed, 2 full size futons, and a crib included in the space.
