This family-friendly Surf House is steps from the beach, close to the towns wedding venues and an easy E-bike ride to surf breaks Trestles and San O. Live like a local and rent our house E-bikes to surf or explore; step through our backyard gate to explore the nearby canyon trails then grab the house surfboards, walk down below the house for a surf/swim or a stroll along the famous beach trail. Take a hot outdoor shower, enjoy local eateries and close the night out around the cozy fire pit.

Everyone will have plenty of space and privacy in this condo designed for up to four guests. Private balcony and full kitchen add to the open, home-like feel. All units are non-smoking. Our cozy casita is located in the heart of downtown San Clemente. The beach is a 15 minute walk and the main downtown area is a 6 minute walk. The casita is quaint and charming with large vaulted wood beam ceilings, hardwood floors, and plentiful natural light. Open the french doors to enjoy the fresh breeze and late afternoon sunshine in the backyard. We always make sure it is extra clean and comfortable and we love providing a high quality experience for all of our guests.

On a clear day, enjoy an expansive view of the Pacific Ocean. The A-Frame is located in a former avocado grove that is slowly being re-established with diverse permaculture. Everything is provided for cooking and eating, as well as a hot shower and composting toilet. The bed will be made for you with clean bedding.
