Our 'Suite Garage' is located in the eclectic, walkable, and historic neighborhood of South Park, just east of Balboa Park, and 3 miles from downtown San Diego. You're surrounded by a wide variety of local restaurants and shops in our little 'hood' and we aren't far from North Park, Hillcrest, Coronado, the beaches, Mission Bay, the San Diego Zoo, Sea World and other popular spots.

With a private backyard oasis, a neighboring art gallery, and a sweet location of only 1.5 miles from downtown, our "1-room hotel" is the place to stay. PLEASE NOTE: We live in an urban neighborhood and with that comes some urban noise. Upon request, we can provide a white noise machine and ear plugs for our guests, however, if you are a light sleeper our space might not be for you.

It sleeps 4 comfortably and 5 max in this true Gaslamp experience.

This is a very urban location which brings a lot of urban noise. The unit sits adjacent the train and trolley line in the urban core. No parking provided, Ideal for guests without a car.

No other issues regarding my neighbor who is otherwise welcoming.**
