The home is rented with the first 2 floors, inc. 3 bedrooms (Bed#1 Queen Bed+Toddler bed w/priv. bth - Bed#2 Queen Bed+Bunk (Full/Twin) and Crib+Bth in hallway) (Bedroom#3 in 2nd floor, inc. Queen Bed and Twin Jeep Bed and Sofa Sleeper+bath in hallway) 3rd Floor (2bd/2ba sleeps 8) is optional additional nightly fee applies.

Playa Del Paraiso is a Beach Front-high-rise complex near down town San Felipe, next to the Marina. Watch the boats come in by day and the city lights by night. The city can be seen from both bedrooms and living room. The property is guarded for your security. The pool is located right near the walkway to the sand. Building 1 is complete and fully functional, where our unit is. Building 2 is under construction, however, no construction is currently underway. Parking is free. No Pets.
