Amy’s Local BNB is nestled among huge fir trees in a quiet neighborhood a short walk from downtown Sebastopol. This sunny contemporary gem focuses on our commitment to local and sustainably sourced food, wine, and crafts. With a full kitchen, you can enjoy the comforts of a meal cooked “at home” from the local farmer’s market, or walk to superb local eateries. We will share maps to our favorite swimming hole on the Russian River or to ocean beaches, or introduce you to excellent local vintners.

The Guest House

Redwood Retreat at Lala Land is a place of peace & restoration. Perfect getaway from the city or stop-over along the coast. Set back from the town of Gualala, nestled among 10 private acres of coastal redwoods. Private deck ideal for sunrise or sunset while sipping your favorite beverage in the hot tub, or stargazing free from lights. Located on the ridge above Highway 1, Redwood Retreat faces the Southern sky & is often sunny, warm, and wind-free compared to surrounding areas. Very private.

Eagle's Nest Treehouse Farm Stay

Eagle's Nest Treehouse Farm Stay is a tranquil, secluded, luxurious, romantic wilderness experience in a private forest on a 400 acre working ranch. Thirty feet above the forest floor you are nestled in a gorgeous, well-appointed suite of 1,000 year old polished redwood, with bathroom and amazing copper/glass forest-view shower. Peaceful Poolside Garden Retreat

This spacious, self-contained one bedroom abode is nestled within two acres of verdant retreat. The open kitchen, living, and dining area invite you to indulge in cherished moments while a cozy sofa bed and queen air mattress stand ready to accommodate additional guests. The expansive patio is adorned with extra seating and a BBQ The pool awaits beneath the warm California sun. Simply notify the owners, and the pool is yours to enjoy. Self-check-in and ample parking space is available.

The Carriage House - Alhambra Valley Retreat

Tucked down a quiet, wooded, lane, this 600 sq. ft. carriage house is in the Alhambra Valley of Martinez, CA. Located above a woodworking shop on a secluded 1.6 acre-certified wildlife habitat. Only ten minutes to downtown district of historic Martinez with antique shops, restaurants and water front park. Nearby access to Briones Park and Mt. Wanda for hiking or biking. One mile to the John Muir National Historic site. Easy access to highways 4, 24, 680 and 80, Amtrak and BART.

Charming Cozy Cottage in Eco-Garden Oasis

Our charming cottage is a relaxing retreat in the city! Our sweet cabin is small and cozy set in an expansive garden oasis. We offer a unique experience for those interested in a beautiful and tranquil escape in the heart of the city. The cottage is at the back of our large garden with views of our beautiful urban farm with a pond, chickens and goats! Families with up to 2 children are best suited for the loft because of the low ceiling. No more than 2 adults please.

Sonoma Berry Blossom Farm

Modern and spacious with glass enclosed porch, high ceilings and lots of French doors, skylights and windows. Close to town in the very nicest area within a mile of downtown, walkable, or bikeable with my cruiser bikes. You’ll love the views, the location, the goats, quail running around and delicious cafe next door. We just lost our mini horse 7/27 :( we had 16 years, sorry if you had planned on meeting him, it was a sad loss for us.
