While away summer evenings on the terrace of this historic Victorian home on a quiet street. Stroll to the top of Bernal Heights for splendid views of the city, sink into the cozy gray sofa with a magazine, or meditate in the leafy courtyard garden. Registration number: STR-0001998 Note: if you are 2 people and you need the sofa to be set up, an extra $65 fee will need to be paid to compensate the higher cleaning fee requested by our cleaning lady. Thank you for your understanding! Our space is unique because situated in the heart of Bernal Heights while being in a very quiet street with low traffic. It has great day light and the living room is facing the lush garden! Our location also gives easy access to San Francisco most popular spots while being close to the airport (roughly 20 minutes ride). Access to highways 101 and 280 down the hill gives a rapid access to San Francisco best spots as well as the South and East bay. Public transportation or uber/lyft are other options for your commutes. Important: please note that there is an additional one time $60 fee to get the sleeper sofa set up if you are only 2 guests and need two separate beds. The apartment and deck are for your private use. You are welcome to use the garden (shared with us) to relax and enjoy sunny California! We live in the main house upstairs and are always happy to assist our guests and to meet them to answer any question they might have and give them advice about what to do/see in the bay area. Please check our guidebook where we have listed our favorite spots in the city! We can easily be reached by sms or through the airbnb app. We are usually really responsive. Bernal is one of the cutest and most walkable neighborhoods in San Francisco. It has a unique village atmosphere and energy. The apartment is ideally located close to Cortland with its great restaurants, grocery shops, cafes, and bars. Public transit: The flat is just a 10 minute walk from Mission Street, where you can catch the 14/14L/49 buses, which come frequently and drop you off at 24th/Mission BART, giving you easy access to downtown, San Francisco International airport and East Bay. Bus 24 is just a block away and will take you to Noe Valley, the Castro, lower pacific heights and all the way to the marina and the presidio. The flat is also 10 minutes walk from the J Church muni that will take you to cool places such as Noe Valley, Dolores Park and all the way to downtown. Bus 23 is 5 minutes away and will take you to ocean beach. Ride Sharing: Uber and Lyft are a great bet for getting around the city without a parking burden. If you download these apps you can expect to be picked up within minutes for transport to your destination for reasonable fares. Parking: the street parking in the neighborhood is easier than many SF neighborhoods. You can expect to find easy free street parking if you would like to rent a car.

This is a beautiful Victorian house built in 1908, with delightful vintage details throughout, and recently luxurious upgrades from top to bottom. It is decorated with French Country theme. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and welcoming. House is equipped with high speed internet (free wifi), flat screen TV, and wash/dryer. Guests will have access to the entire house and the garden. I am a very easy going person. Every guest will be respected and be cared for during their stay. Absolutely no problem if you break a dish, a glass, or accidentally scratch a table or spill something on the carpet. Things are meant to be used and guests should live freely during their visit. I live in Santa Clara, 45mins south of Alameda. Not onsite most days, but always available by phone or text, and will give guests immediate attention. My kind neighbors Dean and Stacy offered to help in emergency situations. My grown up son, Sean (25), lives half miles away from the Airbnb is able to help as well. The home is in a charming neighborhood where people are very friendly and welcoming. It is walking distance to Webster Street, filled with restaurant and shops, and a few minutes walk to the Crown Beach with miles of trails and stunning views. The Victorian house is convenient and central located, walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, 7 miles to Oakland International airport, 4 miles to Coliseum, Oracle Arena. Going to San Francisco, 12 miles by land, you have the options of taking the ferries, Bart (Lake Merritt Station) and bus AC Transit Route O (Santa Clara/9th bus stop, a few minutes walk) https://sfbaytransit.org/actransit/route/O Party is not allowed and quiet time is 9:30pm.

Annie’s Cottage offers charming accommodations within walking distance of Fisherman’s Wharf, Union Square, China Town, North Beach and other San Francisco favorites. Our unique San Francisco lodging on Russian Hill is convenient to many interesting shops and boutiques nearby. The historic San Francisco cable car system is only a short 1/2 block away. The accommodation is very private with a separate entrance and private deck. Since we are behind another building there is very little street noise. It is like being in the country in the middle of San Francisco. There is a queen bed and also a sofa bed but it is an additional cost. Three people, 2 beds add $15 per night, two people 2 beds add $7.50 per night. I live on the property so I am usually available by phone or text. At this time there is no personal interaction The home is located in an eclectic neighborhood with residents of all ages. It is 1/2 block to the cable car and 2.5 blocks from the popular Polk Street, which offers an array of ethnic restaurants and shops. It is within walking distance to North Beach and China Town. The vibrant Financial District is also close by. The cable car line, going to Fishermans Wharf and Union Square is 1/2 block away, Buses going all directions are 2 1/2 blocks away.

The main TV in the living room comes with HBO, STARZ, CINEMAX and many movies on-demand. The upstairs portion of the home. GARAGE is not accessible. The space is the top unit of a 2 unit home. Reach almost anywhere in the city quickly via MUNI public transportation, less then a block away. The muni train is conveniently located 1 block away, which connects to downtown, the ball park, Caltrain and almost anywhere in the city. On the same block as the home you also have the muni bus which goes to golden gate park, Golden Gate Bridge and the presidio.
