We are close to downtown Boulder Creek, minutes away from Santa Cruz, wine tasting, hiking, fine dining, and the coastline. We have no hidden fees and even offer a full return of our cleaning fee. Prytz House: A spacious Victorian shopkeep's manse above what was originally a dry goods store, midway between San Francisco and the Napa Valley. At approximately 3,250 square feet (300 m²), including 10 total rooms, a 500 square foot (50 m²) roof deck with a bay view, & a rose garden patio, there's plenty of space to stretch out, both inside and out. Many water views. Furnished largely with antique and vintage finds from the late 19th century to the middle 20th century, there's ample charm.

One-of-a-kind house that is over the Bolinas Lagoon with 180 degree views of the lagoon, beach, and Mt. Tamalpais. The beach is 250 ft away. House is furnished with high end Restoration Hardware and Design Within Reach furniture. Relax on the deck, watch the tide go in-and-out, and marvel at the seals, birds, and wildlife.
