Off street parking for small car, 400mbps Wifi, Fire Stick, portable AC unit, patio with umbrella, and chairs. No pets, parties, smoking, or loud outside cell phone usage, please. Clawfoot tub, wood floors, high ceilings, excellent WiFi and tv in living and master bedroom. Modern heat and AC. Lots of parking and almost 1/3rd fenced acre for dogs or kids to run around!

Felix Jack Guesthouse

Our Guesthouse is a fully self contained studio that is situated on 5 beautifully treed acres with ocean/forest views. It is perfect for a Romantic getaway that offers peace, tranquility and privacy. Brand new Queen size bed and new queen size sofa bed. Ten minute walk to the village (shopping & restaurants) and beach. We are extremely close to amazing trails and tennis courts.
