It is 630 sq. ft. and features one bedroom with a king bed and a queen memory foam sofa bed. There are tv's in the bedroom and living room, a full kitchen, with porcelain flooring throughout, including the heated bathroom floor. There is also an indoor full size washer and dryer. Rock Bottom Ranch is conveniently located half way between Los Angeles and San Francisco right off of Pacific Coast Hwy 1. It is an easy 7 minutes to San Luis Obispo's Cal Poly. The most beautiful beaches in Morro Bay area 3 miles away. The location is perfect. You will come through a private gate and nature will surround you with its beauty and serenity. Here you may see the wild turkey showcasing his feathers in his mating ritual or several deer grazing on the grass in the nearby field.

Guesthouse Studio

Walking distance to downtown and also to Cal Poly, this studio is located behind the primary residence, with French doors that open onto a large tile patio. The 400 sq. ft. space is perfect for 2 people but can accommodate up to 4. The first bed is situated in a semi-private corner of the studio, while the second bed rolls out into the sitting room. The kitchen is equipped for simple meal prep with a microwave/convection oven and portable induction cooktop.

Historic 1919 carriage house

The J Birdsall Banker property was developed from 1917 to 1919. The carriage house was constructed in 1919 and converted into housing during the housing shortage of World War 11 We have always referred to it as the honey moon suite because so many couples have lived there over the last 65 years. Couples still sometimes still stop to look and share old memories The carriage house was recently upgraded with all new interiors and is comfortably furnished
