Cozy Cottage in downtown San Marcos

Get cozy in this updated century-old bungalow, which boasts original hardwood floors and windows, but has all of the modern conveniences of a complete remodel! We are centrally located, right next to Black’s BBQ, a San Marcos favorite, and 5 minutes away from the square and Texas State University.
