Also, a nice kitchen, dining room, and living room with flat screen TV, foldout couch, and tons of natural light. Private spot on the river! The Tiny Little Glamper is a perfect waterfront retreat for those wanting to get outdoors yet maintain their city amenities. This 1 bed/1 bath cottage has a dishwasher, refrigerator, washer/dryer, high-speed internet, & screened-in porch. On the property is a dock with a sunning deck, stairs leading into the water, and a floating dock to enjoy. There is campfire ring with lawn chairs and large mature trees. The river makes this a tranquil getaway with almost no boat traffic or current.

Located on 4 acres nestled in the Hill Country just 30 minutes west of downtown Austin, our cabin is a great space for wine, beer, or distillery visits/tours. Hamilton Pool and Pedernales Falls are close by as well. Also a great spot if you’re coming for a wedding. ***Please note that this cabin has an incinerator toilet, called “Incinolet”. It is clean and easy to use, although somewhat rustic. We will provide instructions for proper use at check in.***

We are 45 minutes to Fredericksburg, 30 minutes to New Braunfels, 30 minutes to Boerne, and 30 minutes to downtown San Antonio. Heb grocery and Wal- Mart are 5 minutes away.

River Roost

River Roost is a family vacation spot on the lake that sleeps 6. It is 3 miles off Interstate 35, located in a quiet neighborhood with access to 50 feet of waterfront. It is a quick trip to downtown New Braunfels with features such as Schlitterbahn waterpark, tubing, antique and grocery stores, department stores, and a great selection of restaurants. A guest binder is provided with information about the area and surrounding communities.
