The Tree Haus

The Tree Haus is 675 sq. ft., near Texas State University on five acres in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. River play and trail access in local area. It is 6 miles from downtown San Marcos and convenient to TSU (about 10 minutes to Bobcat Stadium). The Tree Haus is above my Studio, has two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, coffee and tea service as well as a homemade breakfast bread for a fast start in the AM. We do not accept children under 8, non smoking, no pets, clean environment.

The best of both worlds; away from hustle and bustle but close enough to go there on a whim. Beautiful remote work space or family vacation. We went to great care to furnish the cottages with luxury items and art sourced from Texas brands and small makers. We look forward to hosting you!

ON THE GUADALUPE RIVER! 2 shared Pools, 4 Hot tubs! Shared Pool in the park is heated in winter months. Huge park with large trees, great view from the balcony. Complex is down the street from Schlitterbahn, and just minutes from downtown New Braunfels or historic Gruene. Nestled on a quiet part of the river, and right by where the Comal and Guadalupe merge to make either river convenient! Hosts have lived in this area for 15 years and provided amazing insight and recommendations!

Come for time in Austin or make it a home base as you explore the hill country!

Perfect get away with friends and family, floating the river, or events at the university. Fantastic kitchen for those who love to cook. No children under 12. We love animals, but NO PETS please.

The Bunkhouse @ Roses River Ranch

The bunkhouse is a rustic, elegant cabin outside Blanco toward San Marcos. It's a cozy, secluded ranch house with a double carport attached to a large deck that overlooks a pasture of longhorns, deer, exotic birds and wildlife. We have just put it back on Airbnb after closing it for a short while to update it! We look forward to having new guests and hope they enjoy the hill country ambience!
