Cozy Casita in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. California King bed sleeps two comfortably. 50 inch TV has cable, Netflix, DVD player with assortment of movies. Keurig coffee pot, fridge and microwave. Dining table inside. Outdoor seating opens to peaceful, scenic backyard. Parking available in the driveway. Park to the left of 2 car garage. Our Casita is a modest room that we have done our best to make comfortable for travelers who want an alternative to an impersonal hotel. No pets allowed.

Thanks for looking at the Copper State Casita. Our desert chic inspired casita is centrally located and nearby the Arcadia neighborhood. Tucked into an older neighborhood, it’s a 400 square foot studio with its own private patio. All the comforts of home in a small package. A short drive to Airport, Tempe, Scottsdale & Downtown Phoenix. Great for couples, business travel, friends, or small family. Just a few short minutes by car to trails, shopping & many popular restaurants.

Come enjoy and relax in our cozy casita situated on an acre. It is 750sf with a full kitchen, family room, full bathroom with a walk-in shower, laundry, and its own exterior patio with dining, chairs and BBQ. Only minutes to downtown Chandler with a lively restaurant/bar and shopping area. If you love the outdoors enjoy the multiple golf courses, hiking, and biking trails all just a few a miles away. Airport is a short 20 minute drive with easy access to multiple freeways.
