Whales and seals can be seen from your deck. Located in a private community with its own rocky beach access about 5 min walk from the house where you can hunt for shells & observe the ocean wildlife. This beach is ideal for kayaking. Plymouth also boasts 4 of top 10 rated public golf courses in MA.

Walking up the stairs you’ll find a beautiful living room. You can enjoy ocean views from here or the deck which is just through the sliding doors. Minutes away from town beaches, bike path, golf, and shopping. Parking for approximately 4 cars.

3 Bedroom with loft sleeping area (queen pull out couch) 1.5 baths A/C units sleeps 10-12 two levels of decking with gas grill and fire pit to cook smores. Newly renovated located across from town neck beach. Close to marina, restaurants, boardwalk, supermarket and uptown shopping. 5 minutes from the Bourne Bridge located on the 6A side of Sandwich. After spending the day at the beach enjoy sunset views from each of the decks overlooking the ocean.
