If you like nature, animals, walking in the forest, cuddling up by the wood stove, then this is the place for you. The cabin is surrounded by gorgeous perennial gardens. A quick 5 minute walk to "downtown", Remick Farm and museum, Barnstormers summer theatre and The Other Bakery. Tamworth is home to many local hiking trails from easy walks to over 4000 foot summits. Great place in the winter with miles of free , groomed cross-country skiing and snowshoeing trails as well.
