Grocery stores, restaurants, and dive shops are near and can be accessed by cabs or your rental car.

This area is part of the Roatan Marine Park preserve. The reef system parallels the white sand beach of Sandy Bay. The calm water is fun to swim and explore the underwater ecological paradise teaming with tropical fish and corals. This is a quiet tranquil area without high end hotels and condos but close to the tourist meccas.
