Bring your family/friends for a fun and relaxing stay on Mousam Lake all year round! With 3 bedrooms, and additional loft and a basement sleeping area, there's room for everyone! Explore the lake with canoes, kayaks and paddleboards available to you or bring your own boat, the public boat launch is across from our front dock! When you are not enjoying the lake, the house provides many spaces for your favorite yard games, a screen house to play cards or have a drink and unwind in large hot tub!

Where you wil find plenty of shopping, restaurants and winter skiing. Property includes use of Main Chalet home year round and two additional cabins each sleeping 4 are available from May-Oct. A lovely lake-front cottage with a private beach on quaint Sunrise Lake! The house has a great view overlooking the water. Enjoy a beautiful morning view of the sun rising onto the lake with a cup of coffee or tea, grilling a tasty dinner on the deck, and toasting marshmallows in the fire pit for dessert. We also provide a double kayak so you can explore the mile-long lake from the easy launch point in front of the house.
