The rooms are rather small (Think Parisian Hotel) but well-appointed and quaint: a place to hang your hat, charge your phone, rest your feet, set your glass and simply relax. The Living Room is intimate. Think of this space as a private parlor car in a train, perhaps, perfect for reading! The more spacious backyard is perfect for sharing stories, relaxing and unwinding around the fire pit and cozy sofas.

Our detached Spanish-style artist’s studio is within a 3 to 15 minute walk of all the best restaurants and shops in the lower Village of Montecito. It is an easy four block walk from the patio to beautiful Butterfly Beach. It is cozy, private and has a fabulous, hot, outside shower ! (Note; this shower is the only shower for the studio). Gaze at the stars while rinsing off the sand ! The studio space is small, and cozy, warm radiant concrete floors can be turned on in the chillier months.

One mile from downtown Carpinteria and the state beach. Custom designed 320 sqft tiny home with a 400 sqft deck for perfect indoor/outdoor living. A relaxed and comfortable place to stay with full sized appliances, tall ceilings and 2 sleeping lofts. Plenty of space for 1-2 people, a small family, or 4 adventurous people.
