Utilize plenty of free safe street parking. But parking on drive way with host permission is $10 per day or night, but without host permission is $25 for the same and must park close to the sidewalk towards the wall and not blocking driveway. However, if you don’t park it close to the wall and completely block the driveway then you will be charged $25 even if you park with the permission and $50 if you block the driveway without taking the permission from the host.

Guests pass through Sefla's studio to reach the stairs to the second-floor suite, using the main entrance to our home (THERE IS NO PRIVATE ENTRANCE, despite AirBnB's insistence that we must be listed as being in the listing type "entire place"). The suite has a bedroom, kitchen room, and bathroom, each accessed through a hallway at the top of the stairs. We are in a prime location for bird-watching & exploring nature. Sorry, no pets or children.
