Tropea - 老城区中心地带的海滨公寓

Tropea è la perla della Calabria. Un posto di mare bellissimo dalle acque cristalline. L'appartamento è sopra la più bella spiaggia di Tropea con splendida vista sul mare azzurro, a 10 minuti da Capo Vaticano e vista sulle Eolie al tramonto. E' in pieno Centro Storico, vicino a ristoranti, spiagge, vita notturna e trasporto pubblico. Ti piacerà il mio alloggio per questi motivi: atmosfera, gente, quartiere, spazi esterni e luce. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, famiglie (con bambini) e gruppi.

Superb location in the charming “centro storico”of Tropea on top of the cliff overlooking breathtaking views of the Tyrrhenian sea and the iconic church of Santa Maria del isola and Tropea beaches as well as the Aeolian islands. The apartment was recently renovated and takes place in a 16th century ex-monastery. It has 3 terraces, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped modern kitchen and dining space area. Roof top terrace features outdoor shower with beautiful tiles, bbq and lounge area.

Offriamo nuovissimi e confortevoli bilocali, arredati con gusto ed eleganza. Di recentissima costruzione offrono servizi all'avanguardia come piano ad induzione. La struttura offre: piscina con vasca idromassaggio, area relax a bordo piscina, wi-fi gratuito, parcheggio privato, area barbecue, docce esterne, lavatrice in comune. La posizione è centrale, ogni negozio e servizio è a portata di mano. Il mare lo si raggiunge anche a piedi tramite una scalinata a soli 500 mt oppure in auto in 3 min.

La casa è a pochi passi dalla spiaggia ed è un rifugio perfetto tra mare e cielo. Le grandi vetrate permettono di ammirare il mare che si estende all’infinito e regalano lo spettacolo mozzafiato dei tramonti infuocati. Ogni stanza è pensata per garantirvi tranquillità: dal letto, dalla cucina o dal soggiorno, potrete ascoltare il suono delle onde che si infrangono sulla riva e che creano una colonna sonora naturale che accompagnerà ogni vostro momento di relax. Lasciatevi cullare dal mare!

A 400 m dalla spiaggia e 700 m dal centro storico, poco fuori dallo ZTL, la casa è di 150 mq interni con 3 stanze da letto, 2 bagni, una comoda cucina ed una grande zona living e pranzo che comunica con il giardino di 200 mq con accesso autonomo e graziosa loggetta attrezzata che domina la baia. The town's best pasticceria, Peccati di Gola, is on our ground floor. Tropea has some of the best beaches and lidos in Europe, great festivals, and a great farmer's market every Saturday.
