Welcome to Santa Fe! This charming studio cottage and my home share the property in this quiet residential neighborhood. The cottage is full of Santa Fe charm with a cozy, pretty interior, skylights and lots of natural light, a fully-stocked kitchen corner, handmade cabinets, Mexican tile, one comfy queen-sized bed, and a private garden patio. It's a quiet haven but centrally located, just 2 miles from the Plaza/downtown. It's a lovely place for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

Our charming historic classic adobe casita is an easy ten minute walk to the Santa Fe Plaza, dining, and museums. We offer private off street parking for two vehicles. The interior features classic Santa Fe style wood beam Viga ceilings, kiva fireplace stocked with wood, skylights, a full kitchen living area, private bedroom, soaking tub, modern appliances, washer & dryer, swamp cooler, WIFI, flat-screen TV, a lovely enclosed courtyard with mature trees and BBQ. You will find our casita down a peaceful, private lane next to the river. It is within walking distance to Canyon Road and the downtown plaza. This newly built casita is self contained with a full kitchen, one bedroom (queen bed), bathroom with walk-in shower, washer and dryer. Radiant heat keeps you toasty in the winter and ceiling fans provide cool air in the summer. There is a beautiful courtyard between the casita and main house with a rock fountain.
