The interior features classic Santa Fe style wood beam Viga ceilings, kiva fireplace stocked with wood, skylights, a full kitchen living area, private bedroom, soaking tub, modern appliances, washer & dryer, swamp cooler, WIFI, flat-screen TV, a lovely enclosed courtyard with mature trees and BBQ. We have four fireplaces in the house; the one in the master bedrooms upstairs can be used to burn wood.

The main room has a kiva fireplace & sofa as well as a full kitchen & small dining area. There is a separate bedroom with a closet & washer/dryer. The enclosed, private courtyard is perfect for kids & pets. This guesthouse is separate from, but next to my home where I live with my partner, our son, and fuzzy dogs!
