Amazing central apartment on the ground floor of a modern but historic building (totally rebuild in May 2016). Full of light, this apartment has plenty of space for two guests: 1 double bedroom with big closet area, 1 bathroom, spacious living room (dining and lounge areas), little office space and a cozy deck and PRIVATE garden where you can relax and enjoy some fresh air in the middle of historic Lisbon. :) It is situated in a calm street, yet in a central location. We will provide you linen and towels; the kitchen is equipped with all cutlery, espresso machine, microwave, and washing machine. In the toilette you have a hair dryer, shower gel, toilet paper, etc. There’s an iron in the apartment, etc… you don't have to bring any of those things. There are air conditionings in the room and living room. You’ll have wireless Internet, so if you'll need to connect, bring your devices ☺. We will welcome you at the apartment and share all of our knowledge and recommendations with you. We will also be on hand during your stay – should you have any problems or queries we are only a phone call away. The entrance lobby of the building have 24h security camera, this is a request from the condominium and is full compliance with portuguese law privacy policies We promise you will enjoy your stay, however, be warned! It is full of history and represents the heart of traditional life. The streets are home to historical buildings, traditional cafes, and restaurants. Just outside the house you have the famous Tram 28, if you are quick enough you can spot it from the window and run to catch it!

The apartment is in a cozy, traditional neighborhood in Central Lisbon populated by local people. It's close to the Fado Museum and National Pantheon, São Jorge Castle, and the cathedral. Restaurants, craft shops, and antique shops are nearby.
