Design beach house

The house is intended to bring together local Mediterranean architecture and minimal contemporary design. The L-shape of the house is rendered white and minimal finishes are used through the interior. Downstairs, the open plan design is connected by a terrace, giving the space an indoor-outdoor feel. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom open onto a private terrace which looks out towards the beach. Ca na Isla has been meticulously designed to ensure you can make most of calm, Mallorca days.

Bonita finca situada a 5 Km de la Playa d'Es Trenc. Está a solo 3 Km del encantador pueblo de Ses Salines. Cerca también de Santanyí y Es Llombards y Colonia de Sant Jordi. Situada en una pequeña colina, en una zona muy tranquila, sin vecinos cerca, en plena naturaleza, con un camino particular, lejos de ruidos. Es un pequeño oasis de paz y tranquilidad en el sur de Mallorca. Ideal para disfrutar de unas agradables y relajadas vacaciones. Mi intención es que el huésped se sienta como en casa.

Les vieilles pierres apportent un charme incomparable et la fraicheur en été. Le patio et le jardin sont arborés d’essences méditerranéennes et de cactus qui incitent à la détente. De nombreuses tables et chaises permettent de belles réceptions dans le patio. La piscine spacieuse (11 x 4 m.) est bordée d’une vaste terrasse pour profiter des bains de soleil.

Up to 8 people can comfortably stays in the house which has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a toilet. It is also very well equipped (A/C, heating,….).
