Dog friendly California Cottage near SDSU

Whether you're staying in town for business at the college or the local hospitals; or just vacationing for the week or the weekend, this house is centrally located near SDSU, the village of La Mesa & Lake Murray. Relax and enjoy the private setting of your own 1 bed room cottage. We refer to the premises as The Olive Tree Cottages. Our olive trees are original (1935) to the property which host in addition to the tiny house-two cottages; each with their own private yards and private entrances.

Mountain Views: Freshly renovated, quiet and spacious studio loft in private neighborhood. Close to coffee shops, grocery stores, and quick access to major highways. 500 sqft open concept. Laundry, Fast Internet, Cable TV and streaming services. Additionally, if you like oranges and avocados we grow them on the property (Seasonal of course). We also have a chicken coop and fresh eggs on request. Security Deposit Hold and Signed Short-term Rental Agreement Required as we live on the property.

Bathroom has large shower and electronic bidet. Washer/dryer. Allow small pets up to 35 lbs. for $20 fee.
