Eclectic Monte Laginha @ Alentejo (Surf&Beach)

Our home is an agricultural cottage renovated into an open plan loft with 3 bedrooms (2 in mezzanine open style/no privacy/no tall people) located in the traditional Alentejo hills and 30min drive from beaches and surf schools of the Vicentina Coast. The village of Cercal is 10 min drive away. We both grew up in the area since babies and therefore we love coming here throughout the year. Having this 'monte' is a refuge for us which we enjoy to connect with nature and the sea.

Monte de Santiago

Designed by acclaimed architect Pedro Reis, the house is a striking example of contemporary architecture. The heart of the house is the spacious open-plan living and dining area, featuring two lounge spaces and a marble-topped kitchen that runs the full length of the room. The house comfortably accommodates up to four guests, with two bedrooms – one with a double bed and the other with two bunk beds – and two bathrooms. It’s fully equipped for both short and extended stays.

Herdade Vicentina - modern home set in nature

Escape and unwind in this calm, stylish space. With large glass sliding doors enjoy the indoor-outdoor living spaces, loads of natural light, surrounded by the views of Alentejo nature. Take a dip in the infinity pool, bask in the sunshine, and gaze at the stars in the clear night sky. The house is situated on 9 hectares of land, a 12 minute drive from supermarkets in Santiago do Cacem, 30 mins to beaches, or 40 mins to Porto Covo a small quaint seaside town.

Cabana

T1 com espaço privativo de jardim e piscina aquecida, a poucos minutos da Praia da Samouqueira e da Vila de Porto Covo. Na Cabana foi colocada uma banheira no quarto, junto à ampla janela, de modo a possibilitar a observação dos extensos campos, por onde pastam vacas e ovelhas, e do mar no horizonte. Os tons azuis e amarelados refletem-se no mar, nas dunas e prados, o espectáculo é sublime, sobretudo na hora do pôr-do-sol. Venha viver devagar!
