The town is peaceful and small, easy to reach and 5 minutes from the nearest beach and Lagoon of Santo André. The house has recently been renovated. The living room, open kitchen and a bathroom occupy the ground floor. On the 1st and second floor there are 3 bedrooms and 1 additional bathroom.
